Irgens Development put up the structure with C.G. Schmidt as general contractor. The building is to be Wauwatosa's first LEED-certified structure. |

Lagina Plumbing handled interior and exterior plumbing for the new Torah Academy of Milwaukee in Glendale. The two-story, 8,800-square-foot building serves as a high school for girls. Lagina previously worked with this project's general contractor, Beeler Construction, on the Wisconsin Institute for Torah Studies. |
Major additions to Spring Creek Church in Pewaukee were assisted by Lagina Plumbing.
The sanctuary seating was expanded from 850 to 1,900 with additional sanctuary and lobby entry and exit points, as well as an extended outdoor canopy. A new 12,000-square-foot main lobby for pedestrian traffic and for fellowship in a coffee shop, bookstore and other gathering areaswas added. Both the classroom and multi-purpose gymnasium spaces were expanded with larger classrooms for children, student ministries and adult ministries. An increased number of restrooms was included. |
