
Lagina Plumbing Working on New Shoppes at Prairie Ridge
Feb. 15 , 2008 — Lagina Plumbing is handling commercial plumbing services for three buildings of The Shoppes at Prairie Ridge, being constructed by Chicago-based Pepper Construction Co. in Pleasant Prairie, Wis.
Construction began in January on the shopping center, which is on 80 acres within the 400-acre Prairie Ridge development of Brookfield-based VK Development Inc. A July completion date is anticipated. Gershman Brown and Associates of Indianapolis is developing the 367,677-square-foot shopping center west of Kenosha.
The buildings which Lagina Plumbing is working on are at 10347 77th St., 9755 76th St. and 9901 77th St.
Lagina Plumbing is providing plumbing work for 25 restroom facilities and rough-ins for future restrooms. Use of AutoCAD and Lagina Plumbing’s inhouse prefabrication shop is boosting productivity on the project.
