Noodles Restaurant to Open in Waukesha; Lagina Plumbing is Part of Construction Team

Noodles & Company, one of the fastest-growing franchise chains in the country, is opening a restaurant in Waukesha, with plumbing being provided by Lagina Plumbing of Milwaukee.

Lakeview Construction of Pleasant Prairie is building the 3,500-square foot restaurant at The Shoppes at Fox River, 1210 W. Sunset Dr. in Waukesha. Construction is expected to be completed in early November.

The restaurant will be the first Noodles in Waukesha and the sixth in Waukesha County. The chain has more than 210 restaurants in 18 states, including more than 25 in Wisconsin. It was founded in 1995.

“It’s great to again work with Lakeview Construction, a true leader in retail construction in the U.S.,” said Jim Lagina, president of the commercial plumbing company. “Noodles & Company puts out a terrific product that I’m sure Waukesha residents will enjoy once the restaurant opens in November.”
