KBS Construction Selects Lagina for Cramer-Krasselt Offices

May 9 , 2008 --  Lagina Plumbing has been selected for a complete plumbing retrofit for new Milwaukee offices of Cramer-Krasselt. The advertising agency will move from 733 N. Van Buren St., where it leases 50,000 square feet of space, to 224 E. Chicago St., where it will lease a similar amount of space.

The new offices, in the Third Ward, will occupy two floors above Rubin Furniture. Lagina Plumbing’s work in the 94-year-old building will include new restrooms, coffee stations, new roof drainage and work within Rubin’s.

Steve Pitz will be the point man on the project for Lagina Plumbing.KBS Construction is the general contractor, with Andre Lorenzen as project manager.

Irgens Development Partners is the building owner’s representative.

“While we have worked with Irgens Development Partners, this is our first time partnering with KBS Construction,” said Jim Lagina, owner of the plumbing company. “We look forward to working with KBS and developing a deeper relationship with the KBS team. Steve Pitz will ensure that we meet a tight schedule with out fabrication, layout and plumbing work.”
