Moderne Contractor Picks Lagina Plumbing as Part of Construction Team

Lagina Plumbing has been selected to provide complete plumbing services for The Moderne, a 30-story apartment and condominium tower that will built in downtown Milwaukee starting in February. “This is an impressive project that will make another bold statement about the vitality of downtown Milwaukee,” said Jim Lagina, president of the commercial plumbing company. “We’re honored to be part of the construction team. This project will clearly benefit from our prefabrication shop, which allows us efficiently build plumbing systems in a quality controlled environment.”
